The Studio Levana Corset, Explained

There's a hero in every Studio Levana gown, and you'll never see it. We call it the magic corset, built right into the bodice so there's no separate piece to fit around and nothing left to guess. Here's how it shows up in three gowns that don't have much else in common: Ines, Corinne Fitted, and Yvette Fitted.

It’s stitched into the bodice, doing its job quietly while the lace or satin on top gets all the attention. We call it the magic corset. Once a bride puts on a dress with one, she usually asks the same question. Why doesn’t this feel like every other wedding dress I’ve tried on?

No Separate Piece to Fit Around

Most gowns ask you to wear a corset underneath them, some separate piece you have to buy, fit, and hope nobody notices through the fabric. Studio Levana builds the corset into the bodice itself, so there’s nothing extra bunching underneath and nothing to fit around on its own.

Ines shows exactly how that works. Sculpted satin meets delicate French eyelash lace, and the corset is framed by illusion side panels and couture-inspired beadwork, doing its structural work through the waist before the skirt opens into a full, sweeping train.

Structure That Doesn't Announce Itself

A built-in corset should shape the dress, not compete with it. Done right, the support reads as part of the design itself, not something hiding underneath waiting to be noticed.

Corinne Fitted is the clearest example. Cut close from botanical cotton lace layered over sparkle tulle, the corset shapes the bodice first, with sculpted cups and an illusion plunge giving the neckline its definition before the fitted skirt flows into a graceful train.

Support You Feel, Not See

Soft doesn’t have to mean unsupported. Even the most delicate fabrics need shape underneath them, and the corset does that work quietly, without changing how light or airy a gown looks from the outside.

Yvette Fitted proves the point. Cotton floral lace layers over a subtle shimmer of tulle, tulle godets moving through the fitted skirt into a chapel train, while the same basque-waist corset holds everything in place underneath.

So, Which Gown Is Yours?

Ines, Corinne Fitted, and Yvette Fitted look nothing alike, and yet the same corset holds every one of them together underneath. That’s the idea behind the magic corset: a better way to build a dress, so whatever silhouette you fall for, you get to wear it without compromise.

Detachable Sleeves & Boleros: One Gown, Two Looks

A bride doesn’t wear one look on her wedding day. She stands at the altar in one version of herself, then dances the night away in another. A handful of Rêves gowns make that easy, with detachable sleeves, straps, and sheer boleros built right in, so the ceremony dress and the reception dress can be the exact same gown.
